TeleTech management includes MBA holders from Maastricht University School of Management. Project managers have Masters Certificate in project management from either George Washington University or Stevens Institute of Technology.

TeleTech staff has worked in various USAID Projects, in addition to several projects with Telecom Egypt, MCIT and others.
